What makes my digital home portrait watercolors truly unique is that they are not created using computer-generated filters. Instead, I carefully craft each piece using digital watercolor brushes and a variety of realistic paper textures that bring depth and character to the artwork. With experience as a traditional watercolor artist, I rely on my trained eye and artistic intuition to thoughtfully layer and blend colors, light, and details—giving each portrait a natural, hand-painted look that feels personal and one of a kind.

How it Works

Fill out the order form below and upload your home photos. 

It's best if photos are taken in daylight and free from obstructions like cars, trash bins, or overgrown landscaping. Try to include a few angles so I can capture the home's details in the best light. If photos are blurry or too dark they will not work. 

Review and confirm photos will work 

Once I receive your order I will check to make sure the photos are good quality. If they are, I will send you a confirmation email and begin transforming your home into a beautiful digital watercolor painting! 

Preview your custom watercolor

When I finish your piece I will email you a preview of what it looks like. This is your chance to make sure you're happy with the way everything looks. 

Receive your watercolor file to download or print.

If you ordered the digital version you will receive a high-resolution JPEG file ready for immediate download. If you ordered a physical print it will be shipped directly to you.

  • How long does it take to receive my finished product?
    Please allow 7 to 14 business days to receive your order. While your order may get done before this time frame depending on order volume, I want to ensure time for care, creativity, and attention to detail in every piece!
  • What size will my print be?
    Your digital file will be created at 300 dpi (high resolution) jpeg file and can be printed in the following standard sizes: 4x6, 6x8, 9x12, 12X18.
  • What type of camera do I need to use to take photos?
    Most modern smartphones are equipped with excellent cameras that can capture high-quality images perfect for our needs. As long as your phone isn't significantly outdated, it should work just fine! Simply ensure that your photography is well-lit and focused, and you'll be good to go.
  • What is the policy for making changes to an art print preview?
    We want you to love your custom watercolor home! That's why we offer you the opportunity to review a preview of your art print before it's finalized. If you'd like any changes or adjustments, you're entitled to one change or a few minor details that I can make to the watercolor. This ensures your piece is just right. However, please note that no further changes can be made after this initial adjustment. We believe this process helps us deliver a stunning final product that you'll love while maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency.
  • Where can I print the artwork?
    If you have a high-quality color printer at home you can print it on the recommended paper that your printer brand suggests for art prints. You can also order directly online through printing services that deliver straight to your door. I really love iprintfromhome.com — they’re a family-run business with excellent quality and paper options. Their semi-matte photographic paper is one of my favorites — the prints always come out beautifully!
  • Do you have frame recommendations?
    If you would like to get your print and frame together directly online, https://www.frameiteasy.com/designer is a wonderful site. You can upload your artwork, choose your frame with or without a matte, and even preview how it will look before ordering. Another option to order online and have your print and frame ready to go is through, https://customframes.fedex.com . If you prefer shopping in person, Michael’s has a great selection of ready-made frames at very affordable prices — perfect for quick and easy framing!
  • Will the artwork be horizontal or vertical?
    That depends on the photo you send and what works best visually for the design. If you have a preference, feel free to take your photo in that direction: • Use portrait orientation for vertical prints • Use landscape orientation for horizontal prints This helps ensure the final piece fits your vision beautifully.
  • Can I request a refund?
    Because each piece is custom-made with a lot of time, care, and love, I’m not able to offer refunds at this time. Thank you so much for understanding and for supporting handmade artwork.
  • Can I use this artwork for commercial purposes?
    No. These files are for personal use only. If you are interested in commercial licensing, please contact us directly for more information.
